Spinning Classes

I have been attending these spinning classes now for 8 weeks and notice a vast difference in my performance. Would encourage every to take up spinning over the winter. I have atttended spinning classes in alot of different leisure centres in Donegal but this is the first class that I found to be structured in such a way as to test different areas each week, and that also included core strength work. I will be travelling down from Letterkenny every Tuesday and Thurday night to do the advanced spin bike class. It starts at 7.30pm so will be leaving the town about 6.45. Anyone interested give me a shout on 087 2902515.
