Spinning Classes - Four Masters Cycling Club
Pat Gill, a member of the Four Masters Cycling Club runs spinning classes from the Leisure Centre in Buncrana on a nightly bases. Un-like other spinning classes these classes are run by a cyclist with cyclists in mind and are geared at having cyclist in top shape come the cycling season again.

Lasting 1 hour cyclists are put through a different training plan each week from climbing repeats, to muscle endurance, and from flat out spinning to recovery seasons. These classes also incorporate core strength work which is vital to anyone cycling either as a leisure cyclist or a racer.
Orginally the class was limited to 10 at a time, but with the arrival of 5 new spinning bikes new members are welcome. Spaces fill up fast on these classes and space must be pre-booked.

I have been attending these spinning classes now for 8 weeks and notice a vast difference in my performance. Would encourage every to take up spinning over the winter. I have atttended spinning classes in alot of different leisure centres in Donegal but this is the first class that I found to be structured in such a way as to test different areas each week, and that also included core strength work. Well done Pat
