Adrian Mc Dermott takes 5th place in the UlsterNorthern Ireland Time Trail championship. Morechampionship with an impressive time of 22.37 for 10 miles.

The Northern Ireland '10' mile TT Championships took place on Sunday morning on the Woodgreen course promoted by the NICF. There was a large turn out and although conditions were dry there was a strong buffeting wind which continually changed direction. Clann Eireann's John Heverin was in top form and won the senior event from Martyn Irvine (Pezula) in a time of 21.38. However John was magnanimous enough to say after the event that Martyn was still suffering sore legs fronm his excellent performance on the previous day in the Red Hand Trophy. John Madden (Bann Wheelers) detailsshowed that he is returning to follow.form following a recent accident when he lifted the Vets prize in a time of 22.05. Jonny Cole was the fastest Junior on the dat with a time of 22.53.
