Illies Golden Gloves Boxing Club are holding a leisure cycle and run on Sunday next the 9th of May from the Buncrana Leisure Centre
The cycle will be at a controlled pace behind a lead car and go from Buncrana to the Manor roundabout and back (40 miles approx). The cycle starts at 10am with sign on from 9.30.

The run starts at the leisure centre and heads up to the old Clubman factory at Lisfannon and down the back road finishing at Maginn park (4 miles), The run starts at 2.00 with sign on from 1.30

Sign on fee: Cycle = €10 / Run = €10
Those doing both can sign on for €15

This probably is'nt the case lads but as this is a cyclists injury run would'nt it be a terrible ironary (god forbid it does'nt happen) if there were an accident while doing this and as most people will not have their licences by that stage is the club insured for a case just like this at this early in the year. Youse have probably looked at that anyway folks.
