Good Cycling Etiquette

There is a lot of enjoyment to be had from cycling in a bunch – but to reap the full benefits and keep everyone happy you need to make sure you are aware of the etiquette and language of group riding. Safety is the number one priority when riding solo or with a group.

Glengesh Challenge- Sunday 29th January

43 mile cycle from Blue Haven Hotel outside Killybegs to the Blue Haven via Glengesh Pass and further west.Hardly a hill on it.Really hard people will survive this challenge and so will the extremely stupid. So are you hard or just silly enough like me to get talked into it????

Four Masters Members complete Sea to Summiit

Four Masters cycling club were well represented at this year's "Sea to Summit" adventure race, which was held on Saturday 12th November. Four Masters cyclists, Shaun Stewart, Eddie Sweeney, Dinny Doherty and Gavin Harris all completed the challenging event which consisted of a 4.5k run, 8k road cycle, 5k Mountain run (Up and Down Croagh Patrick!), 35k hilly cycle and to finish it all of, a 4k run with obstacle course

Mallorca Cycling Trip 2012

Four Masters CC are organising a cycling training trip to Mallorca in April 2012 for 1 week probably leaving on either Saturday 7th or Saturday 14th, flying direct from Belfast to Palma.

Four Masters Cycling Club show their true pedigree this weekend at the first ever Donegal Cycling Championships, taking first place in both the 10 mile Time Trail and the 40 mile Road Race
